Play Pass Information: To enjoy park activities and venue entertainment during your stay you'll need to purchase Play Passes (starting at 3 nights). You'll receive an email confirmation from the holiday park after booking with details on how to purchase these passes. They can be bought online in advance but only for specific stay lengths. For other stay lengths Play Passes can be purchased directly at the park reception upon arrival. This is only relevant if you're interested in booking park activities which is completely optional and separate from your caravan rental. Swimming Pool Alternative: The park's swimming pools require Play Pass access. For guests interested only in swimming, there's an excellent alternative at Ravenside Retail & Leisure Park just a few bus stops away. It's easily accessible by both bus and car and offers plenty of amenities to enjoy after your swim. Pricing Note: Play Passes can be costly, but we've adjusted our caravan rates to help offset this expense. In many cases, booking our caravan plus purchasing Play Passes separately will still cost less than booking directly through the park with passes included.
